Women's Morning Holistic Workshop / Mini Retreat £45
Earlybird tickets £39 - Booking before 2nd Nov
This three hour journey is for any woman who feels the stirring of change within.
Life can be too busy and there's too much noise, so we can't hear our own wisdom. At this workshop we will get in touch with our inner compass and our courage. Using creative and spiritual tools we will soothe our nervous systems and access altered states of consciousness.
All change starts within. By exploring deeper states of consciousness we can find clarity to navigate liminal times in our life.

About Your Facilitator
My name is Laura Lamn. I am a Creative and Spiritual Wayfinder.
In my teens and twenties I was lost in a world of addictions ; shopping, eating, drinking and drugging. It wasn't until I found a spiritual solution, that finally I laid my addictions to rest and became a creative powerhouse. I teach these solutions to spiritual seekers. We grow and evolve in community and become who we truly are. We combine the triad of Ancestral Indigenous Wisdom, Eastern Spiritual Practice and Creativity to find recovery.
FAQs
Do I need any experience?
No, we will use our voices during the session to sing and sound. I promise to make you feel at ease and many people who say they "can't sing" have felt confident in my space.
What is drum journeying?
You can sit or lie down, whilst I play a repetitive drum beat. The rhythm of the drum alters our brain waves and allows us to slip into a Theta state. In theta our imagination comes online.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a bottle of water, journal and pen
Wear layers
Something to lie down on for Yoga Nidra - a couple of yoga mats or a sheep skin and a blanket to cover you.
Is there disabled access?
The venue is step free access
